Fl_Scroll doesn't redraw properly its widgets when its bottom is
below the bottom of the screen.
Results depend on the speed that you use the scroll lift. Slowly
you have a repeated sequence of one white line and one line with
a copy of last visible line.

FLTK 1.1.4.
Visual C++ 6.0
Windows XP Home

To duplicate the problem :
- run the scroll test program
- move the window to have its half below screen.
- scroll the buttons using the scroll lift.

Unable to duplicate on my systems; this is probably a graphics card bug.

I take that back; I just saw the same thing on a Win2k system with a TNT card; reopening...

Use the attached patch or wait for 1.1.5rc1.

Fixed in CVS - the anonymous CVS repository will be updated at midnight PST.
