| Usually, the Fl_Repeat_Button like all elements, doesn't receive mouse events if it is deactivated.
But if the event handling callback for a Fl_Repeat_Button deactivates the button and the user moves the mouse before releasing the button, other events are generated although the button is already deactivated.
