OK - I *never* install the utf8 stuff on my boxes (I'm not real happy it
is ready yet) so have never tried this...

I'm pretty sure what you are seeing is because the installation process
fltk uses was improved between 1.1.6 (from which I ripped the xutf8
stuff) and 1.1.8, and there are a few loose ends I need to tidy up.

If you really need to install it, well, I guess copying by hand works in
the short term... But you can use fltk and fltk-config safely from the
build folder and not have to worry about over-writing the "proper"
installed version!

OK - but be advised there's no "latest" link in that folder, and the
actual versions in the folder at any time might change as I upload
improvements... Also, I can't promise that the API won't break, so
static linking is preferred to dynamic linking, at least for now!
