After removing the Fl_Group from the widget tree I see the events.
Should Fl_Group not touch these events? How can I tell the Fl_Group to let
pass the events without deriving?
tested with 1.1.7 and 1.1.x-r5917.
Fl_Double_Window - Fl_Group - Fl_Box == no FL_PUSH
Fl_Double_Window - Fl_Box == FL_PUSH is visible
