... now I see it was a typo on my side (--enable--threads). Huuh

I am pretty shure such typos will hit me again, so I wrote a patch against 
configure.in to summarise the final status, which is attached. I know 
plenty of projects using such a smaller overview at end of configure. 
Does this make sense to FLTK too?
