Article #946: FLTK 1.1.10rc3 is now out

1.1.10 *will* be the last 1.1 release. After releasing the 1.1.10 final version, no more STRs against 1.1 will be possible. I will not reopen 1.1. There will be no 1.1.11. Nope. None. Nix. Nothing. Nada.

Changes since RC2:

  • Fixed character set conversion functions (STR #2268)
  • Removed unimplemented Fl::set_labeltype()
