OK, this is a quite huge commit. Apart from fixing a minor issue with OS X
10.8, I started to refactor Fluid, realizing that this is a much bigger
issue than assumed. Fluid has grown quite a monster over the years. I am
still quite unhappy with the unwieldly  mess that I created, but decided
that the current code is better than the previous setup. At least I have
somewhat of an overview on how things are connect, which is important to
get the rapid prototyping going. Fluid is really awesome, and it could
(and should) be even better. Last but not least, every source file I
touch, I verify for FLTK3 compatible comments.

Fluid3: edit labels and widget names right in the tree view. Very
comfortable.

Attempt to fix build issues under mingw32.
This fix works in my setup now (gcc-4.6 etc...)
and I think it is good.

I'm commiting this to let Jenkins take a stab at it.
Note that Jenkins is currenlty reporting this broken too...
