FLTK3: added a default style for buttons. This seems to work quite well.

FLTK3: moved color, color2, and box from widget into the style class. Now
we need to create default styles for the various widgets.

FLTK3: made Fluid usable again by fixing mouse positioning and a few other
quirks. Fixed a Style bug. Now using Valgrind on a regular base (and it
looks pretty good!)
