This is a pretty major commit to test the Fluid IDE file generator. I
added a new widget: fltk3:Scalebar, without a good test yet. More
importantly, I added a new library, fltk3connect, that integrates TCP and
FTP support. This is work in progress and will probably break compilation
on all systems except OS X.

Added FLTK2 compatibility tests to the .flw file and generated Xcode
project. Most tests are just ifdef'd out so that Jenkins won;t complain. A
handful of the tests does something somewhat useful...

Systematically went throuh all FLTK1 compatibility headers and verified
basic support. All todos are marked with 'FIXME: 123'. The bigger issues

Added the remaining FLTK1 tests to the emulation layer. There is one bug
that keeps us from compiling Tree. There are some more bugs that are
listed in the STRs.

Added more FLTK1 wrapper tests. Fluid-based tests are missing (and will
probably not be added because calling Fluid1 is a hassle - maybe I should
