WIN32: Pixmap printing uses a global variable called win_pixmap_bg_color
equal to the color
used for the pixmap background, and treats this color as transparent. FLTK
assigns to this variable
a color unused by the processed pixmap. This variable should be specific
to each processed
pixmap (In practice, it's very unlikely that several values are needed). A
new member variable is
added to the fltk3::Pixmap object to hold this value.

More test1 fltk-1 compat tweaks
This commit only adjusts demo.menu to re-enable the colbrowser demo
and to bring the fullscreen demo up to match the version shipped in
fltk-1.3 as at r9301.
No material code changes to the library are made.

keyboards) named fltk3::IsoKey.

fltk-1 compat layer broken after r9301.
OK, this gets the test1 folder building again on Win32, following on from
the
fullscreen changes in r9301.
I think this fix is OK. Maybe. But I do not have a big enough range of
systems here to check, so *please* check this and correct any mistakes
I have made. Ta!

OK - that previous tweak to SusMenuBar was a Bad Idea - sorry...
This might be better, or maybe not...

For some reason, the colbrowser demo seems to have fallen out of the test1
folder.
This puts it back in, for testing.
And, FWIW, it builds OK.

Get test1 folder (mostly) building again...
I've been messing about in the test1 folder to get the fltk-1 tests
building
under fltk3.
To that end, I've messed about with the Makefile - I've been testing with
Msys/mingw, and the version I have does not have a "makedepend" utility,
so I have tweaked things to auto-generate the dependencies "by other
means".
This works, but is probably not a long-term solution. Fine for testing
though.
Also some very trivial fixes to some problems I stumbled over.
With these "fixes" in place, I now build 50 executables in the test1
folder.
The "native" fltk3 build creates 70 executables in the test folder, so we
appear to be 20 executables short of a full house.
The failing issue largely seem to pertain to issues with Fl_Bitmap, though
a few other problems are encountered too.
Hope this doesn't actualy break anything else!
