For what it's worth, I hacked up some barely usable Jamfiles which work with gcc and msvc10.

Unzip these directly into the fltk-3.0 directory.

Missing:  rule to generate .cxx files from .fl files in the test drivers.

Specific platform build flags are in the Jamrules, src/fltk3/Jamfile has the per platform stuff.  I don't know anything about OSX.

On windows I use ftjam-2.5.2  It has to be compiled as a 32bit application, although it can generate 64bit apps.

I did this because I don't want to have anything to do with running a visual studio gui and don't like cmake very much.

Added new version, everything builds inside sub directories.  Problem is that the fluid rules *only* work when jam is run from the test sub directory.
